Creating an Account

Sign up takes less than two minutes. This page walks through the registration process, plan selection, and what to expect before you reach your dashboard.

Registration

Go to app.barvol.online and enter your email address. You will receive a verification link within 60 seconds. Click the link to confirm your address and proceed to workspace creation.

Enter your email — use a work email address if you have one. Barvol associates your account with a workspace, and your email domain is used to suggest teammates during onboarding.

Verify your email — click the link sent to your inbox. The link expires after 24 hours. If it does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or request a new link from the sign-in page.

Create your password — minimum 8 characters. Barvol supports passkey sign-in as well; you can set this up later from Account Settings.

Name your workspace — this is typically your company name. It appears in the sidebar and is used by the AI to refer to your business. You can change it later.

Choosing a plan

After creating your workspace you will be asked to select a plan. All plans start with a free period so you can evaluate Barvol before committing to a subscription.

  • Free — limited data history, up to 2 integrations, Ask Barvol with a monthly message cap. Good for solo founders just getting started.
  • Founder ($25/month) — unlimited integrations, full AI access, up to 5 workspace members, and 12 months of data history.
  • War Room ($97/month) — everything in Founder plus unlimited workspace members, priority support, advanced AI analysis, and custom data retention.

What happens next

After completing registration you are taken directly to the onboarding wizard. This is a guided 5-minute setup that helps Barvol understand your business and connects your first integration. Skipping onboarding is possible but not recommended — the AI is significantly less useful without that initial context.

NoteIf you are joining an existing Barvol workspace because a teammate invited you, you do not need to choose a plan — your account is created under the workspace owner's plan. Follow the invite link in the email you received.
TipUse the same email address you use for Gmail if you plan to connect the Gmail integration. It simplifies the OAuth authorization step.
